- NSN 1670-00-943-3024, Solicitation SPE4A7-13-R-0558, PR 1000008093. This proposed Indefinite Quantity Contract is for a Harness, Personnel Parachute Back. The procurement item is manufactured in accordance with SAN ANTONIO AIR LOGISTICS CENTER, CAGE 98750 DWG 65K1533 REV "T" AND APPLICABLE SUPPORTS SUPPLEMENTED BY SA-ALC ECO 95A0106 (APPLICABLE TO 51D7734) AND ECO 95A0079 (APPLICABLE TO 65K1534); P/N 65K1533-101. Soliciting for an Indefinite Quantity contract for a base year and four option years. Estimated Annual Demand for all five years is 1,631 each. There is a guaranteed minimum of 416 each for the base year only. This required is solicited on a Partial Small Business Set-Aside Basis. 50% of the procurement is reserved for Small Business Firms and 50% is Unrestricted. To be eligible for the Small Business portion, Small Business vendors must bid on the unrestricted portion of the solicitation. QPL-6645 applies. Item is life support equipment. This procurement is FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. The required delivery is 247 days ARO. Surge is not required. Government First Article testing is required. Textile testing is also required. This is a Critical Application Item (CAI) and configuration controlled. Item is an Air Force Critical Safety Item. Export control certification is required. Type I Shelf Life applies. Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS) applies.
