Statement of Requirements: The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 29,782 ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet to a maximum of 31,271 ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA). The proposed term of the lease is for ten (20) years, five (5) year firm term. The desired area of consideration is described in the Delineated Area above. Additional Requirements: -The Government shall have access to the space 24 hours per day, seven (7) days per week. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. B. Projected Dates: Expressions of Interest Due: June 28, 2013 Market Survey (Estimated): To be determined at a later date Offers Due: To be determined at a later date Occupancy (Estimated): To be determined at a later date C. Required Information: Expressions of interest must be submitted to the above addresses by 5:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) on June 28, 2013 and must include the following information: •· Building name, address and the location of the available space within the building. •· Rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced. •· ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet to be offered and expected rental rate per ABOA square foot, fully serviced. Also, indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any. •· Date of space available. •· Building ownership information. •· Amount of parking available on-site and available per local code; any costs associated with parking. •· Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building. •· List of building services provided.
