- Attachment 2 Wage Determination Attachment 1 Map Solicitation This is a new service for the collection of trash at various campgrounds located on the Medicine Bow/Routt National Forest. The purpose of this project is to remove trash from open developed recreation facilities on the Yampa Ranger District of the Medicine Bow National Forest and Thunder Basin National Grassland, managed by the USDA Forest Service within Region 2. This project will consist of one (1) firm fixed price award, base plus 4 years contract. A pre-proposal site visit is not scheduled. Any questions pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted to Malinda Jiminez by June 25, 2013 at 4:00 p.m. (970-295-6683 or mrjiminez@fs.fed.us) Please refer to the solicitation for exact locations. This is a total small business set aside. The anticipated date for release of the solicitation is on or about June 4, 2013. The solicitation will be posted and available for free download at www.fbo.gov. All Questions pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted in writing to Malinda (Mindy) Jiminez at mrjiminez@fs.fed.us or by facsimile to 970-295-6699. All Offerors shall be registered at the System for Award Management (SAM) in accordance with FAR 52.204-7 and FAR 52.204-8 to be considered responsive to this solicitation.
