Description

Draft Statement of Need I. OVERVIEW: This is a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 5.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The BEP anticipates issuing the subject solicitation during June, 2013. The solicitation will be issued on www.fedbizopps.gov, the Federal Business Opportunities website. Interested sources may submit an e-mail request to be placed on the mailing list. II. DRAFT STATEMENT OF NEED: The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) has a draft requirement for the purchase of the following item in the quantity listed in attachment#1A. Please see attached document for further details. III. CLOSE DATE: This Pre-Solicitation notice will end on June 12, 2013 by 12:00pm eastern time. IV.
