The work consists of the contractor providing all parts, labor, tools, transportation, supplies, supervision, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary to accomplish the following work: Repair/Replace HVAC - Evaluate the current HVAC system design, repair where possible and replace system where necessary Repair/Replace Electrical - Install new service and conduit. ADAL/Repair First Floor - Renovate Drop Zone ordering area to facilitate new coffee bar and open café seating, and repair kitchen. The resulting contract will be firm-fixed price. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238390 with a size standard of $14M. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The anticipated period of performance is 240 days or less. This acquisition is being solicited in accordance with FAR 19.1405 and set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. This solicitation and any amendments are paperless and will be available on the internet only. A site visit will be conducted at Cannon AFB on or around 18 Jun 13(exact date, time, and location will be provided in the RFP), for the purpose of explaining the concepts involved with the project.
