- S Subject contract constitutes the Government's acceptance of the Contractor's offer that was approved and accepted by the Government, under Request for Proposal (RFP) SPM8E6-11-R-0013. This is a Fixed-Price Indefinite Quantity Long-Term Contract for the below listed 30 NSNs. Performance under this contract shall be governed by the terms and conditions of RFP SPM8E6-11-R-0013 and Amendment 0001, and those terms and conditions were agreed to in the initial proposal and are acceptable to both the Contractor and the Government, as evidenced by the Government's acceptance of the Contractor's proposal, as negotiated. For the base period of the contract, ordering shall commence on the date of award and shall continue for two (2) calendar years thereafter.
