- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Aircraft Maintenance and Engineering Group (AMEG), AJW-34, requires contract support for Continuing Analysis and Surveillance System (CASS), reliability and Maintenance Steering Group-3 (MSG-3) services for regulatory compliance with FAR requirements for the operation of FIS maintenance operations. The contractor shall provide Auditing, Consulting, and Training, to assist AMEG in accomplishing its mission. This procurement is totally set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611430. The FAA contemplates award of an Indefinite Delivery/Requirements type contract for a 1-year period with four 1-year option periods to renew. This Notice is for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, has a program to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by a socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women-owned concerns to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $500,000.
