Description
It has been brought to my attention that Amendment 1 failed to upload. There were no attachments to amendment 1. Below is the narrative: The purpose of this amendment is to add two points of clarification: 1) Section L.6 incorrectly referenced a deadline to submit questions instead of the proposal submission deadline. Section L.6 is hereby revised to read "Offerors shall submit their quotes electronically to the email address listed below NO LATER THAN 11 June 2013 by 1:00 p.m. Central Time. The cutoff for submitting questions pertaining to the RFQ remains 1:00 p.m. Central Time on 5/26/13 as stated in Section L.1.8. 2) The Government is aware that Attachment 6 is incorrectly titled Attachment 7" once the Excel file is opened. The Government is also aware that the bottom of the attachment shows a breakdown of the Government estimate for labor hours and rates by Task and that there is a $5,000 discrepancy in travel versus the table that vendors are to complete. The rates were not meant to be included, but will not be removed since some FBO users may have already discovered this information and it may be construed as an advantage by other users at a later date if they were to come across this FBO posting after that information was removed and were not privy to the same information. Furthermore, the Government has also determined that since the solicitation clearly shows that the default position for offeror pricing structure, for award evaluation purposes, is to hold the number of hours in the table at the top of Attachment 6 constant, with the only realy variable being the labor rates, there really is no advantage gained by seeing how the total labor hours (which was intentionally given in the top of Attachment 6 in the table that offerors are to complete) for each position are spread out over each task. Additionally, while vendors will now know what the Government's estimated labor rates are, vendors also keenly aware that this requirement is fully open and that competition is expected to be significant, and are therefore
