- "A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the same issue date cited in the solicitation. Choose the RFP you wish to download. Solicitations are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Arobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of the solicitation will not be available to requestors. The solicitation issue date is June 19, 2013." A Request for Proposal (RFP), SPE4A7-13-R-1363, was issued to establish a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Price type contract; on NSN 1560-01-554-9235, Spar, Aircraft for 92 each with Government First Article Testing requirements. Item is Critical Application and Air-Force Critical Safety Item (AFCSI). This is a Configuration Control and Export Controlled Applies. This is not a commercial item. Item is in accordance with part number 16W134-17 with source approvals; Lockheed Martin Corp; Cage 81755 / Aerospace & Commercial; Cage 1XKR3 / H.M. Dunn Company LP; Cage 64666 / Progressive Inc; Cage 64900. The total target price objective for this procurement is $287,040.00. The need arrival date (NAD) is 4/2/2013. The estimated award date (EAD) is 8/19/2013. Government First Article Testing (FAT) is required @ 90 days with Government review @ 90 days. Since the NAD-EAD-Test & Evaluation time yields a number less than 60 days, the acquisition specialist utilized a 25% reduction of the historical PLT as the delivery objective. The delivery objective is 330 DAFAA; with FOB Point @ Destination and Inspection & Acceptance at Origin requested. Synopsis is required as request is targeting approved sources of supply. This requirement was authorized by purchase request 0 049313577 and issued as Unrestricted Procurement for source approvals. A concurrent LTC is not being pursued at this time. This item is not a high frequency item and demands are not stable enough to support a LTC.
