- This acquisition to result in the award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years as follows: NSN 1680-00-304-4697 Unrestricted-other than full and open competition Export Control TDP available from DLA Aviation Configuration Control Item OEM-Boeing, CAGE 81205 Approved Sources-CAGES 4PF93, 0JXZ1, 17785, 62918 FOB Dest, I/A origin Not CSI Not Commercial Item No Surge Reqt Delivery 195 days Estimate Annual Qty 332 Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. T his solicitation will include provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a reverse auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the Procurex system and review the reverse auction help tutorials at https//dla.procurexinc.com <http://dla.procurex.com/> to learn more about how to participate in an auction. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP <https://www.dibbs/bsm.dla.mil/RFP> on the same issue date cited in the solicitation.
