Description
GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: TX City: San Antonio Delineated Area: A perimeter polygon created by South of Hwy 90, West of I-37, North of SE Military Drive and East of South Flores Street. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 12,590 Space Type: Office and warehouse Parking Spaces (Total in rent): 98 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 48 (structured parking) Parking Spaces (Unreserved): 50 (surface) Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 5 Option Term: n/a Additional Requirements: Space must be on the ground floor - no more than one contiguous floor without being split up by a public corridor. Offered space must contain 6,900 ABOA of warehouse space. Offered space must have wareyard space. A bicycle rack to accommodate 10 bicycles is required. Two electronic gates for the secured, structured parking is required. Space must be fully serviced. Action : Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required. Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Action : for fbo postings, insert the following language only for potential sole source succeeding lease actions. Delete for procurement summary page. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in [Houston, TX], that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
