Please see that attached Solicitation No. GS-02P-11-DT-C-0011. THIS SOLICITATION IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 and the Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard is $33.5 million dollars in annual receipts average over a concern's latest three (3) completed fiscal years. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award. CCR requirements may be viewed via the internet at www.sam.gov. Offerors who wish to receive a copy of the contract documents, including specifications and drawings, must first complete and submit to the Contracting Officer a Sensitive But Unclassified (SBU) Document Security Form. This form is available on this site upon request from the Contracting Officer. Documents will not be released until the completed SBU form has been submitted to the Contracting Officer (this includes all subcontractors and suppliers). INTERESTED OFFERORS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO COMPLETE THE SBU FOR THEMSELVES AND ALL POTENTIAL SUBCONTRACTORS AND SUPPLIERS. This will facilitate prompt distribution of documents. Please e-mail your completed SBU Document Form with a copy of a valid business license or other documentation granted by the state of local jurisdiction to conduct business to Miriam.lopez@gsa.gov. Please note the solicitation number in the subject field of your e-mail. The Pre-Proposal/Site Visit Conference will be held on Tuesday, June 25, 2013 at 9:00 AM SHARP in Room 850 at the Daniel Patrick Moynihan Courthouse located at 500 Pearl Street, New York, New York 10278. Prospective offerors are encouraged to attend the pre-proposal conference. As part of the pre-proposal conference, a walk through will be conducted immediately after. Interested parties must register with Ms. Miriam Lopez by e-mail at Miriam.lopez@gsa.gov NLT Friday, June 21, 2013 at 12:00 PM EST. Each offeror will be allowed to bring up to three (3) attendees. To register, please provide: •(1) The company name. •(2) Point of contact (POC) information (name, phone number and e-mail), and •(3) Total number of attendees Please note in the subject of the e-mail "Pre-proposal Conference for DPM Courthouse". Pre-proposal Conference will start promptly at 9:00 A.M. A walk through will follow immediately after the conference. Please allow extra time to pass through the security screening. Cell phones, tape recorders and cameras are prohibited inside the courthouse. Due to the large number of attendees, any questions are to be submitted in writing via e-mail to Miriam.lopez@gsa.gov after the pre-proposal conference. A summary of Q&A will be posted www.fbo.gov. Request for clarification or interpretation (RFI) of Request for Proposal (RFP) documents must be submitted not less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the due date of receipt of proposals. RFIs may be submitted by e-mail to Miriam.lopez@gsa.gov. Please note the solicitation number in the subject field of your e-mail. Prospective offerors are advised that the pre-proposal conference will be held for the purpose of explaining the requirement, terms and conditions of the solicitation, including a site-visit. Any changes to the solicitation will only be provided by written amendments. If an amendment is issued, normal procedures relating to the acknowledgement and receipt of any such amendment shall be applicable. In no event will failure to attend the pre-proposal conference constitute grounds for a claim after award of the contract. Submissions MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN July 16, 2013 at 3:30 P.M. EASTERN TIME. Submissions are to be mailed to Miriam Lopez, Contracting Officer, Acquisition Management Division (2PQCB), Room 1639, New York, New York 10278.
