Description
The Space and Naval Warfare Center Atlantic (SPAWAR Atlantic) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order for the repair of 16 each P/N: 7922331- 01, Power Supply, 2.0 KVA; 3 each P/N: 7922146-01, UPS, 2.4 KVA Includes PDU, 2.4KVA Power Subsystem, Q70; 3 each P/N: 7922206-01, Power Supply, 4 KVA; Manufacturer-Clary Corporation. Problems are attached. No other product will be accepted. Brand name only - An equal product will not be accepted. This is a "Small Business Set-Aside only. No electronic or hard copy Request For Quote (RFQ) will be prepared or made available for distribution. This action will be conducted under FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. NAICS is 335999. Award will be made on an all or nothing basis. The Government will accept quotes from all responsible sources with the capability to provide the BRAND NAME product cited and will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible vendor whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. The part number must be the manufacturer's part number. Clary Corporation is the original equipment manufacturer and has the facility and expertise to properly repair and certify. These UPS units are used to support fleet afloat assets and require a quick turn-around on repairs to ensure they are returned to the depot spares pool in a timely manner. These UPS units are required to support fleet failures of installed units in the fleet. Due to shipboard qualifications and acceptance standards, configuration management, and ILS supportability, no substitute can be used. All responding vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting invoices for payment. Information to register can be found at www.sam.gov. Invoices must be submitted electronically via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Information can be found at https://wawf.eb.mil. Vendor training is available on the internet at https://wawftraining.eb.mil. Award is anticipated by COB June 24, 2013. No electronic or hard copy Request For Quote (RFQ) will be prepared or made available for distribution. Quotes are due to the Contract Specialist, Victoria Franklin at Victoria.franklin@navy.mil by 09:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, June 10, 2013. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for any information received.
