- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The MICC-West Point office is looking to fill a requirement for maintenance on the rappel tower at Camp Smith, US Military Academy, Cortland, NY. The specifications, terms, and conditions are contained in the attached SF1449 solicitation. If you can meet these requirements please email a quote along with a completed SF1449 solicitation to dominick.belfiore@us.army.mil no later than the response date of 4pm EST on 10 June 2013. Please note that this is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Amendment 0001 posted on 30 May 2013 to update the SOW. Amendment 0002 posted on 05 June 2013 to remove option years and update the SOW.
