SPECIAL NOTICE NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), West Consolidated Patient Account Center (WCPAC), intends to negotiate and award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract for Professional Management Certification Training: The 4 Disciplines of Execution. In accordance with FAR Part 8.405-6(a)(1)(2)(b)(1). A task order will be awarded to Franklin Covey Client Sales, Inc. dba Franklin Covey, 2200 W. Parkway Blvd., Salt Lake City, UT 84119 under contract number GS-02F-0095T. The Task Order shall include the line items/CLINs listed below. The NAICS Code is 611430, Professional and Management Development Training. THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE UNDER THE REFERNCED CONTRACT TASK ORDER. THIS IS NOT A REQEUST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS AND NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE. All interested sources must respond in writing with clear and convincing evidence to support their ability to provide timely and effective services within three (3) days of this publication. A determination by the government not to compete this action based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the government.
