- ****THE SOLICITATION OPENING DATE HAS BEEN CHANGED TO ON OR ABOUT JUNE 10, 2013**** End Item Application: WHITDBEY ISLAND CLASS LSD- JSN - NSN: 6680-01-393-9017. The solicitation will contain one NSN for a Transmitter, Liquid. This solicitation and the proposed award will result in a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base year and four option years. This is a 3Q item; the approved source is GEMS Sensors Inc., CAGE: 04034, P/N 134592. The requirement will be solicited as an unrestricted procurement using other than full and open competition. This is a critical application item. The Estimated Annual Demand Quantity (EAD) is as follows: Base and Option Year EAD: 36 each, the Max Contract Quantity is 180 each. The requested delivery is: 72 Days ARO; FOB: Destination - Inspection /Acceptance: Destination. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about June 10, 2013. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
