Description

Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21 will be issuing a Request for Proposal for project entitled Remodel and Expand Diagnostic, Imaging, Cardiology and Endoscopy (DICE) Services at the VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System, 975 Kirman Avenue, Reno, NV 89502. This addition shall be constructed as required by the plans and specifications. Solicitation will be issued set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. Solicitation will be issued set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. This is a Pre-Solicitation announcement only. Solicitation documents are not currently available and will be available on or about June 21, 2013. Offerors will be required to submit both a technical and pricing proposal. Solicitation will contain proposal instructions. A Pre-Proposal Conference and Project Site Visit will be held at the VA Sierra Nevada facility. The time, date, and location of this conference will be included in the solicitation documents. Estimated project cost is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.
