- Description
- The U.S. Government is interested in leasing approximately 2,004 rentable square feet of above grade Class A existing office space. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 1,926 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (ABOA) square feet, available for use by the tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. The Government's current lease is expiring. This is a recompete of an existing TSA leased location that is set to expire. The proposal under consideration is to proceed with a five year / two year firm term extension with full termination rights to provide sufficient time to complete a new lease acquisition. The Government is interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous, and that otherwise the Government intends to pursue a sole source acquisition. All offerors should be aware that the Government will consider the cost of moving, alterations, etc., when deciding whether it should relocate. DELINEATED AREA: A three mile radius to the Tampa International Airport property located at 4100 George J Bean Pkwy, Tampa, FL 33607. WRITTEN EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: Building name and address, rentable and usable square footage, fully serviced rental rate and common area factor, and building floor plans. CCR REQUIREMENT: Lessor/company must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) / System for Acquisition Management (SAM) before an award can be made. If the lessor/company is not currently registered in CCR, they may do so by going to the CCR website at www.SAM.gov. SUBMIT BY COB (5:00 pm ET) June 26, 2013. Submissions by other than the owner of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space. SUBMIT TO: C.
