Description: Work will consist of providing all labor, equipment, and material to: 1) Construct a concrete perimeter footing around three sides of the handicap fishing pier to provide support for the existing structure. 2) Remove and re-construct 32' x 5' x 4 inch sidewalk to provide a uniform grade to the handicap fishing pier. 3) Remove existing railing and re-install manufactured 1-1/2inch safety handrail system around the pier perimeter with 4 inch x 1/4 inch wheel chair stop plate as indicated on the drawings.
