- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Work will consist of providing all labor, equipment and material to: 1)Construct a concrete perimeter footing around three sides of the handicap fishing pier to provide support for the existing structure; 2)remove and reconstruct 32' x 5' x 4 inch sidewalk to provide a uniform grade to the handicap fishing pier; 3)remove existing railing and reinstall manufactured 1 1/2 inch safety handrail system around the pier perimeter with 4 inch x 1/4 inch wheel chair stop plate as indicated in the attached drawings.
