- Etalon Ag (mfg) Absolute Multiline instrument for absolute interferometric distance measurements based on dynamic Frequency Scanning Interferometry (FSI): Including: * 8 measurement channels with fibers, collimators and mounted corner cube reflectors * Basic system with two tunable IR lasers, alignment laser and power supply * Data Acquisition crate * Fiber reference and traceable gas absorption cell * Atmospheric monitoring sensors * System installed and commissioned in rack provided by SLAC * System software with GPU acceleration * Software installation and commissioning on PC made available by SLAC * Manuals * Training Measurement Uncertainty: 0.5µm/m Range: 0.2 - 20 m Measurement frequency: > 500 kHz Channels: expandable to 88 Laser class: II, eye save Traceability: traceably calibrated gas absorption spectrum cell Compensation: temperature, pressure, humidity Size: 19" 15U rack mounting If providing an equivalent, MUST provide specs for technical consideration
