Description

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals or quotes. The purpose of this Notice is to conduct market research for information and planning purposes only. The Government is soliciting information to determine the availability of Verified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) or Verified Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) capable of performing the requirement indicated below. The NAICS code is 236118 (Residential Remodelers) with a size standard of $33.5 million dollars. The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) has a requirement for a Contractor to provide labor and material to complete a residential home addition of a handicap accessible bathroom and hallway on the back of an existing home. The addition will also include a handicap ramp with steel handrails and a wooden deck. Cost range of project is between $25,000.00 through $100,000. Location of project: Statesboro, Georgia Telephonic inquiries will not be accepted. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), assessed via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov/. (Note: If your business is registered in CCR, then this meets the requirement to register in SAM). If you are a SDVOSB or VOSB with an approved NAICS Code of 236118 please email a written narrative Statement of Capability including technical information demonstrating the ability to perform the above requirements via email to Elaine Judson at elaine.judson@va.gov. Responses are due by 10:00 a.m., June 11, 2013.
