- ATEP II Section L PPI Tool ATEP II Section L Pricing Worksheet Attachment 6 - ATEP II Form DD254 Attachment 5 - ATEP II Labor Categories and Personnel Qualifications Attachment 4 - ATEP II Ordering Procedures Attachment 3 - ATEP II QASP Attachment 2 - ATEP II Sections L&M Attachment 1 - ATEP II Performance Work Statement Exhibit A - ATEP II Contract Data Requirements List ATEP II Final Solicitation 6 JUNE 2013 - ATEP II ACQUISITION UPDATE FINAL SOLICITATION This package includes the FINAL SOLICITATION FOR ATEP II AFLCMC/PZI intends to award a multiple award task order, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract called Advanced Technical Exploitation Program II (ATEP II) in support of the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC). The Acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside with a ceiling of $960M. The estimated award date is July 2014. The anticipated contract will have a 4-year base period and a single 4-year option period. Competitive task orders will be awarded throughout the period of performance of the contract. The NAICS Code for this acquisition is 541712 with a small business size standard of 1,500 employees (Aircraft exception). The objective of ATEP II is to provide contract services to support the NASIC mission in Geospatial-Intelligence (GEOINT) and non-nuclear Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT) Planning and Direction, Collection, Processing and Exploitation, Analysis and Production, and Dissemination (PCPAD) activities. This includes up to 24x7 intelligence operations, reachback, advanced data exploitation support, and cutting-edge GEOINT and MASINT Research and Development (R&D) for NASIC and mission partners throughout the Department of Defense and Intelligence communities To be eligible to receive an award resulting from the solicitation, the contractor must be registered in the DoD System for Award Management (SAM) database, NO EXCEPTIONS. Contractors shall also complete the Representations and Certifications in SAM. No paper copies will be issued. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this notice regularly for any updates/amendments to any and all documents.
