Description
The solicitation will be issued utilizing other than full and open competition under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 procedures. This is a single National Stock Number (NSN) Request for Proposal which will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 3- 1 year option years. The part being procured is a Pad Assembly, Droop for NSN 1615-01-125-9119 for an estimated annual quantity of 5,568 each under part number 65102-11033-042 Sikorsky Aircraft CAGE: 78286 and Sterling Machine CAGE: 64084 under part number 65102-11033-042. Surge and Sustainment procedures apply for a Monthly Wartine Rate of 6 per year. Government First Article Testing and Production Lot Testing are required for 2 unit each. Configuration Control applies. FOB Destination. Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. DLA Aviation Richmond does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. The required delivery schedule with Government First Article Testing and Production Lot Testingis 458 days. Solicitation issue date is 28 June 2013. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
