Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division plans to procure, on an other than full and open competition basis IAW FAR 6.303-2(a)(4), a NS Software Services, Inc. Engineering data and source executable software code, which is solely manufactured by NS Software Services, Inc. a small business. The engineering data and source executable software code is being procured to perform Boresight Collimator Calibration System (BCCS) procedures for programs in metrology and calibration support utilized throughout the Navy. This requirement will be awarded on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR Part 6.301-1(c). This is not a request for quotes, however; any responsible source having the technical capabilities to meet the requirement described may submit a quote along with their technical capabilities to include complete and detailed technical specifications of their product, past performance information, price, and lead time for consideration via email to: Sharon.kim@navy.mil
