- NSN: 3120-01-047-7008, Bearing, Plain, Rod. Bell Helicopter, CAGE 97499, P/N 209-001-357-005. Destination inspection required. FOB Destination. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Requested delivery is 792 days ARO. Item is not a Critical Safety Item. This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Quantity contract for a total quantity of 39 each. Solicited unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. Award can only be made for a bearing manufacturered in the US, its outlying areas, or Canada IAW DFARS 252.225-7016. Configuration control applies. Export Control Applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is June 17, 2013. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select " Requests for Proposal ( RFP ) / Invitation For Bid (IFB) " from the menu under the tab "Solicitations." Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. Amended 6/6/13 - Quantity increased to a total of 43 each. FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) package. A letter request for proposal (RFP) will be issued for a firm fixed-price quantity of 43 each. New solicitation number is SPE4A5-13-R-1048. All other terms and conditions as listed in the original notice remain the same.
