- Return Packet Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. This solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). Submit written proposals on RFP Number AG-04N7-S-13-0030 Description: The project objective is to implement quantitative baseline spawning and rearing habitat surveys, mapping, and report documentation for Pacific and Western Brook Lamprey upstream of Soda Springs Dam. This will be accomplished through first developing habitat suitability survey criteria and habitat survey protocol. Using this habitat survey criteria and protocol the collected habitat data will then be analyzed and mapped, and documented in a report. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies, and incidentals (except that listed as Government-furnished) required to complete the project. Project is located on the Diamond Lake Ranger District, Umpqua National Forest, Douglas County, Oregon. See attached solicitation for details. PROVISIONS AND CLAUSES: See attached solicitation. QUOTE DUE DATE: Quotes shall be received by, July 1, 2013 at 1600 (4:00 pm PST). Quotes may be mailed to Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forest Attn: AQM or may be faxed to 541-618-2148
