- Draft SOW 1. SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. The Government has a requirement for a Catholic and Protestant music director for the Buckley AFB Chapel. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing leadership, organization, and ensuring performance for Catholic and Protestant worship services and special and holiday services as required. The required services are commercial in nature. Therefore, FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items shall apply to this acquisition. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, transportation, and services for Catholic/Protestant music director support to the Buckley Chapel as required. The Period of Performance is 1 October 2013 through 30 Sep 2014 plus four (4) one (1) year option periods. 2. Set-Aside: TBD 3. NAICS Code: 711130 4. THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS PUBLISHED FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. 5. Note this is not a request to be placed on a solicitation mailing list nor is it a request for proposal, or an announcement of a solicitation. 6. All interested parties shall provide their service experience, qualification, past experience with similar contracts and any other information; which shows the Contractor's ability to perform these requirements via email. All documentation of experiences, qualifications, and past performance should be directly related to performing Catholic/Protestant Music Director services. All interested parties are requested to provide a capability statement and the information below electronically via email to nicholas.brazzale @us.af.mil with the words "Catholic/Protestant Music Director" in the subject line of the email. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov).
