Ft. (ABOA): 1,254 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,320 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 2 Parking Spaces (Surface): 2 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 2 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: 0 Additional Requirements: Space must be contiguous and on one floor. Leased space cannot be in the immediate vicinity of hazardous materials, including but not limited to fuel storage areas, gas stations, chemical manufacturing facilities, etc. Preference for space not located near daycare centers, schools, hospitals, religious centers and social service centers may be given. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
