Spare purchase for the VDATS Program. SPRWA1-13-R-01148 ITEM 0001: 3 EACH NSN: 5975-01-596-1426KV P/N 590-1003-F02-02, ELECTRICAL CHASSIS APPLICABLE: VDATS DA STATION DIMENSIONS 28.15" X 19" X 17.47" FUNCTION: 4KW HIGH POWER 13 SLOT, C SIZE VXI CHASSIS The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intents to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Qualified Source: 1PKM5 Tracewell Systems Inc. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. this notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 30 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Informaiton received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
