Description
Industry Engagement Meeting Request Form The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Domestic Nuclear Detection Office (DNDO) announces that DNDO will begin holding Industry Engagement Sessions. DNDO has formally established a process where industry can request meetings with DNDO representatives. Industry may request meetings with DNDO by sending a request to DNDO.DACES@hq.dhs.gov, using the attached meeting request form. · Meetings between vendors and DNDO will be setup on a first request, first scheduled basis. The sessions will be no longer than 1 hour and a company may not meet with DNDO more frequently than every 6 months. Currently, DNDO plans to set aside 2 hours every other week to accommodate meeting requests from Industry. If a backlog of requests is experienced, DNDO may consider scheduling additional time. · DNDO will not answer any questions about upcoming acquisitions, open procurement actions or provide any funding profiles. Any information that is shared in a meeting that could directly affect proposal preparation will be shared in a timely manner with all potential Offerors to avoid providing any offeror with an unfair advantage. · Read ahead materials must be provided 48 hours prior to the industry engagement session or the meeting will be rescheduled to the next mutually agreed upon time slot. Vendors must also ensure that proper markings (e.g., “Business Sensitive Information”) are included. Distribution of information provided by the vendor will be limited, as appropriate, if it contains proprietary data. · When the meeting date is confirmed, non-US citizens are required to complete and submit an ‘Incoming Foreign National Visitors’ form no later than 30 days prior to the meeting date. This security requirement will be strictly followed and late ‘Incoming Foreign National Visitor’ forms and/or walk-ins will not be permitted. If you have questions or feedback on this new process, please email DNDO at DNDO.DACES@hq.dhs.gov.
