- BPA contractors must be able to front the cost of supplies, as payment by the Government will be made on a reimbursement basis. The contractor shall deliver liquified propane gas (LPG), Technical min 95% propane propylene to the USAG Ansbach Urlas Training Area 91522, Ansbach Germany. Delivery will be expected during normal duty hours 0730-1530 Monday thru Friday excluding holidays. Orders will be placed at least 3 working days prior to delivery. Below is a list of delivery information: USAG Ansbach: Bldg. 8109 tank # 82082 with minimum amount per delivery is 2,000 kg and the maximum amount of propane up to 20,000 kg
