Description
This is a single National Stock Number (NSN) Request for Proposal which will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4- 1 year option years. The solicitation will be issued Full and Open Competition,Total Small Business Set-Aside procedures apply. Part being procured is a Link, Aft Mount for NSN 1560-01-142-8265 for estimated annual quantity of 4,608 each. This is a Navy identified Critical Safety Item. Configuration Control applies. FOB Destination. Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. Government First Artice Test and Government Production Lot Test are required for 2 units each. DLA Aviation Richmond does have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. The required delivery schedule with Government First Artice Test and Government Production Lot Test is 365 days. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is 22 June 2013. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
