- Request for Lease Proposals No. GS-05B-18910 June 7, 2013 Lease Summary A. Statement of Requirements. The Government is seeking to enter into a lease for space meeting the following requirements: City, State: Mount Pleasant, MI Delineated Area: City Limits of Mount Pleasant, MI Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,069 ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): Space Type: OFFICE Parking Spaces (Total): 34 Parking Spaces (Surface): 34 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: On-site parking is required for 34 vehicles. The space must be contiguous on one floor. Agency prefers to be on the ground floor, at grade. Offered space must be contiguous and have the potential for an efficient layout. The Government requires a fully serviced lease. All services, janitorial supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are desired as part of the fully serviced rent. Subleases will not be considered. Offered space must meet Government requirements for Energy Star, and Fire, Safety, Handicapped Accessibility, and Sustainability set forth in the Solicitation for Offers. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1. Building name and address and location of the available space within the building 2. Rentable square feet available, and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced 3. ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet to be offered, and expected rental rate per ABOA square foot, fully serviced. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any. 4. Date of space availability 5. Building ownership information 6. Amount of parking available on-site and its cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking (if any). 7. Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building 8. List of building services provided B. Projected Dates.
