Description

The VA Gulf Coast Veterans Healthcare System (VAGCVHCS) has a requirement for provision to provide all labor, tools, equipment, material, and related items necessary to perform preventative maintenance and quarterly inspections, as well as, provide emergency repair services (24 hours per day/365 days a year) on two Onan and two Kohler VA backup generators in Biloxi, MS. The base period of performance is anticipated to be from July 1, 2013 through September 30, 2013, with three one-year option periods. The solicitation will be posted to the FBO website on or about June 7, 2013. The applicable NAICS code for this procurement is 811310 and the size standard is $7 MIL. This procurement will be issued on an unrestricted basis, using full and open competition. To be eligible for award of a contract, vendors must be actively registered in the SAM database (http://www.sam.gov). Vendor is also required to complete representations and certifications found in the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - - Commercial Items. This is a pre-solicitation notice only; it is not a request for quotation. No further documents are available at this time. The anticipated release date of the solicitation is on or about June 7, 2013.
