Description

Bureau of Reclamation, Great Plains Regional Office, intends to solicit quotations for crane load test services at Mount Elbert Power Plant in Colorado. Mount Elbert Power Plant is located approximately 15 miles south of Leadville, Colorado on US 24 in Lake County. Pursuant to Part 12 and Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations, Reclamation will issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) on or around June 14, 2013. Quotes will be due on or around June 21, 2013. The RFQ will be issued as a total small business set-aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 811310. The small business size standard for this NAICS is $7 Million. The RFQ will be available for viewing through electronic commerce. RFQ Number R13PS60382 will be issued via https://fob.gov, at the link provided in this notice. Interested vendors may also check Reclamation's website at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. The RFQ and any subsequent amendments and/or notices will be available to interested vendors on these websites after June 14, 2013. Hard copies will not be made available. Vendors are reminded they must have an active and complete registration in the System for Award Management to be considered for contract award. Registration can be completed by going to www.sam.gov. The vendor's Dun & Bradstreet number and banking information are required for registrations. SAM is a Federal Government owned and operated FREE website that consolidates the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA), and the Excluded Parties List System (EPLS). All responsible sources who submit a timely quote will be considered for this acquisition. Quotes may be submitted electronically or faxed to 406-247-7798.
