This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a brand name or equal requirement for Penetration Testing and Incident Handling training courses and certification exam vouchers for Computer Network Defense Service Provider personnel. SANS SEC 560 and GPEN certification or equal and SANS SEC 504 and GCIH certification or equal, IAW DoD 8570-01M.
