- 19 each--Cannon Containers per drawing 11581100 REV C. DD2345 required. First Article testing required. FOB Destination. Estimated solicitation date 24 JUN 2013. In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM0) Registration must be active and include representations and certifications. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. This solicitation will be issued electronically, therefore hard copies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation, it will be available on the Army Single FAce to Industry (ASFI at https://acquisition.army.mil and will be listed under ACC_Warren (ACC-WRN)(WVA). CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically, as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintaina bidder's mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments that may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may render your offer nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same. This solicitation incorporates a Technical Data PAckage (TDP) that cannot be provided via the internet. Vendors who need this TDP, in order to prepare an offer are instructed to request same by submission of an email to brianne.m.denofio.civ@mail.mil. Any said requests should contain a DD 2345 submission. The solicitation document contains information that has been designated as quote mark Militarily Critical TEchnical Data. quote mark Only businesses that have been certified by the Department of Defense, United States/Canada Joint Certification Office, and have a valid requirement may have a copy of the solicitation document abd technical data. All requests for these documents must includea certified copy of DD Form 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement. To obtain certification, contact Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS) at (800)352-3572 or https://logisticsinformationservice.dla.mil. Requests for technical data from foreign sources or representatives (other than Canada) will not be considered.
