- Map for location of sites, preproposal conference sign in, questions from preproposal conference This solicitation has been modified to add the SF 1442 and Dept. of Labor Wage determination for Clark Co., Crawford Co., and Fayette Co., IL (see attachments) This is the Synopsis of solicitation AG-5A12-S-13-0003 (Master Solicitation) IAW the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 637(e)) and the Office of Federal Procurement Policy Act (41 U.S.C. 416). The Natural Resources Conservation Service in Illinois is seeking qualified firms to provide Site Preparation/Construction for its' Wetlands Reserve Program (WRP). The Site Preparation/ Construction that we are seeking include, but are not limited to: earthfill, rock riprap, rockfill, seeding, sprigging and mulching, geotextile, wetland berm excavation, chute principal spillway and road construction. There are seven (7) individual contracts that are being synopsized here and are listed below by County. The individual contracts' SOW and Line items are attached. Contractors may provide quotes for ONE or up to All of the projects below. Crawford County, IL 1) Al Clark-Gov estimate is less than $25,000.00 period of performance 20 days 2)Webber/Long- Gov estimate is Between $25,000 and $100,000.00 period of performace 30 days 3)Peggy Sullivan- Gov estimate is between $100,000 and $150,000.00 period of performance 56 days 4)Holscher- Gov estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000.00 period of performance 37 days Clark County, IL 5)Crumin Ogle- Gov estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000.00 period of performance 20 days 6)Strohm/Kirsey- Gov estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000.00 period of perofrmance 30 days Fayette County, IL 7) David Mestel- Gov estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000.00 period of performance 40 days In the interest of time multiple preproposal/site showings will be utilized and are as follows: Weber/Long and Peggy Sullivan- June 4th at 1000 a.m. CST NRCS-IL Robinson Field Office 1212 N.
