- To whom it may concern, The Regional Contracting Office Vicenza intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Type contract for a Relocation Service/ Lending Closet Manager, at Caserma Ederle located in Vicenza, Italy. The sole purpose of this PSN is to publicize the upcoming solicitation and to solicit the highest number of firms. 1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE: Offerors shall manage the Lending Closet Services with customer service expertise, be responsible for the updating and maintaining the Military Installations/Plan My Move website, and act as the Relocation Readiness Assistant. The offerors services shall be made available to active duty and retired military, DoD Civilians and their family members, and to Army National Guard and US Army Reserve, when on active duty. 2. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Services shall be performed at the Army Community Service Center (Davis Hall Building 108) on Caserma Ederle, located in Vicenza, Italy. 3. METHOD OF CONTRACTING AND AWARD: The method of evaluation will be clearly indicated in the Request for Quote. 4. SOLICITATION PACKAGE: The complete Request for Quote (RFQ) package will be posted on Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website https://www.fbo.gov/. The solicitation package and other pertinent documentation at that time must be obtained by visiting the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website. 5. TYPE OF CONTRACT: The resulting contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Type contract. 6. DURATION OF CONTRACT: The proposed contract term is a one (1) year base (12 months) and two (2) Option Years (12 months each). The option years are not guaranteed. 7. SPECIFICATIONS AND DRAWINGS: None 8. MEETING PLACE FOR PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE AND SITE VISIT: None 9. METHOD OF PARTICIPATION: All firms interested must express their interest in writing by email to SSG Samuel Curry at samuel.l.curry8.mil@mail.mil; and must visit the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website https://www.fbo.gov/, to obtain the Solicitation and supporting documentation. 10. MISCELLANEOUS: Offerors shall ensure that all contract correspondence or responses to this pre-solicitation notice are submitted in English. 11. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: It is mandatory required that all companies submit with their quote a valid printed copy of their company's System for Award Management registration (SAM). If you are already registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR), your profile has migrated to SAM. In order to be eligible for award, all Offerors shall have a valid SAM registration profile that is not expired. The registration is as follows: i. Dun & Bradstreet (DUNS) Italian companies register with DUNS, at http://dbitaly.dnb.com/Chklang.htm Upon issuance of a quote mark DUNS quote mark number, then request: ii. NATO CAGE (NCAGE) N-CAGE at http://www.dlis.dla.mil/forms/form_AC135.asp. After receipt of your N-CAGE, proceed with registering on the: iii.
