This procurement will be issued 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) through commercial acquisition procedures conducted under FAR Subparts 12, 13.5 (Test Program for Certain Commercial Items), and 15. Only offers from SDVOSB concerns will be considered for award. Offerors will be required to provide information to demonstrate that at least 50 percent of the cost of personnel for contract performance will be spent for employees of the SDVOSB concern or of other eligible SDVOSB concerns. The VA Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System is issuing a solicitation for Valet Parking and Shuttle Bus Services for their Biloxi Campus for the period of October 1, 2013 through September 30, 2014, with two (2) each 12-month options periods and one (1) each 6-month option period. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 812930, with a size standard of $35.5M. The solicitation will be issued on or around July 3, 2013.
