- This is sources sought announcement only. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified businesses with special interest. No solicitation is being issued at this time. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. Your responses will be due by Tuesday, June 11, 2013, 4:00PM (EST) to the point of contact listed below. Equipment to be delivery: 1.NOTC -C, A-37 NEURO KINETICS CHAIR ASSEMBLY 1 EA 2.OVAR-1, A-37, NEIRO KINETICS/OFF AXIS 1 EA 3.OVAR-ENC, A-37, NEURO KINETICS ENCLOSURE SYSTEM 8' DIAMETER 1 EA 4.EOG-1, A-37, NEURO KINETICS 1EA 5.INSTALL-NOTC, A-37, NEURO KINETICS 1 EA 6.TRAIN-NOTC, A-37, NEURO KINETICS 1 EA Place of Delivery/Installation - all work shall be completed at: Fayetteville VAMC HCC 7401 Raeford Road Fayetteville, NC 28304 The appropriate NAICS Code 339113 and the small business size standard are 500.
