- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. SOW is structured into four parts: Part 1-IO Statement of Work (SOW) document -- Describes general terms, qualifications, requirements, procedures, personnel and specifications. Part 2-IO Deliverables - Includes the Schedule of Deliverables, provides examples and outlines specific requirements to be used by the IO Contractor in development of deliverables. See Section XI Deliverables, Reference Part 2, A. IO Schedule of Deliverables. References are at the end of this SOW. Part 3-IO Base Supplemental - Outlines the requirements unique to the specific Medical Treatment Facility (MTF). These are to be provided by HFPA. See Section XII Supplemental, Reference Part 3, Attachment: Supplemental. References are at the end of this SOW. Part 4-Request for Proposal/Bidding Instructions (if applicable) - Includes the bidding instructions and outlines selection criteria. See Section XIII Reference Part 4, Attachment:
