- Description
- This solicitation is for a Firm Fixed quantity contract with no option. This NSN is not critical application, CSI or commercial. Export Control, Configuration Control and higher level contract quality applies. Required quantity is 46. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, other than full and open competition. Delivery requirement is 240 days. FOB Destination with Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. The approved sources are KORRY ELECTRONICS (81590) P/N 25405-001; LOCKHEED MARTIN CORP (81755) P/N 16D3021-1 and LUMINESCENT SYSTEMS INC. (14550) P/N 80-00650-003. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
