- Solicitation is for NSNs 6220-01-395-8322, 6220-01-397-2827 and 6220-01-382-7763 under PR 1000007074 for Lens Light and Light Indicator. The following information applies to the NSNs: NSN Guaranteed Estimated MAX Delivery Quantity Annual Qty Contract Qty Days (Base Yr Only) 6220-01-395-8322____78________312________1560-----------73 6220-01-397-2827____107_______429________2145-----------90 6220-01-382-7763____58________233________1165-----------49 This solicitation is to establish a Long Term contract with a base and four option periods. This is an unrestricted procurement which requires FOB: Destination with Inspection/Acceptance: Destination. There is one approved source of supply for these Items, APACHE ENTERPRISES INC CAGE 62810. Delivery will be 73, 90 and 49 days ARO respectively for the production units. Surge requirements are applicable to NSN 6220-01-395-8322 and 6220-01-382-7763. Specifications relating to the procurement cannot be furnished by the government. The award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors.
