- Statement of Work (SOW) referenced in RFI RFI Notice Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is seeking industry feedback to identify potential HUBZone Small Business sources capable of performing the scale and scope of work as outlined within this RFI regarding the CBP Cargo Systems Program Office (CSPO) Operational Test and Evaluation Support requirement. Specifically, it is CBP's intent to gauge the HUBZone small business community and identify those vendors within this socio-economic category that can provide the aforementioned service. This requirement is applicable to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541511, Computer Software Support Services.
