This is sources sought announcement only. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified businesses with special interest. No solicitation is being issued at this time. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. Your responses will be due by Friday, June 14, 2013, 4:00PM (EST) to the point of contact listed below. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 6, and the Fayetteville Veteran Affair Medical Center (VAMC) anticipate a Delivery Order/INSTALLION for PORTABLE REVERSE OSMOSIS Machine. Equipment to be delivery is as follows: 1.WRO 300 H PORTABLE REVERSE OSMOSIS MACHINE PN:107365 3 EA 2.PTG-520 CARBON BLACK FILTRATION SYSTEM, PN 3027335 3 EA 3.CARBONCARTRIDGE CHLORINE/ CHLORINE REMOVAL, PN 3022145 3 EA 4.M1 CART, PN: ME14756-1 3 EA 5.INSTALLATION/START UP, 4 HOUR PER MACHINE 12 EA Place of Performance - all work shall be completed at: FAYETTEVILLE VAMC WAREHOUSE 504 Cumberland Street Fayetteville, North Carolina 28301 The appropriate NAICS Code 325612 and the small business size standard are 500. Interested firms are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.12, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications in conjunction with FAR 4.11 required registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a contract.
