SOURCES SOUGHT. The purpose of this notice is to seek sources interested and capable of upgrading the lighting throughout the VA-owned facility at VBA Jackson Regional Office located in Jackson, MS. This notice is set-aside 100% for SDVOSB/VOSB. The range of magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. NAICS used is 238210 with size standard of $14M. Potential offeror shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials and supplies necessary to upgrade facility lighting. Estimated endurance of period of performance is thirty (30) days from the issuance of the notice to proceed. Examples of the site's lighting are indoor, outdoor, motion, and will require wiring and fixtures.
