Current Davis Bacon Wage Scope of Work Table of Contents Cover Letter Solicitation, Offer and Award Representations and Certifications Labor Standards The Agreement Solicitation Solicitation Provisions Set Aside for Service Disabled Owned Veteran Small Buisiness Solicitation Package has been uploaded as of 6/11/13 •C. Overview The intent of this project is to replace the existing ceiling tiles in specific areas within the Robert NC Nix Federal Courthouse. Existing ceiling tiles are over 17 years old and have begun to fail by bowing to a point where they have fallen out of the grid system in several locations. As part of this work the award winning contractor will be responsible to remove the existing tiles from the grid system and stack them onto pallets to prepare them for recycling. Specific instructions will be given on stacking and palletizing. Contractor will install government furnished NEW acoustical ceiling tiles in specified areas. This will include transporting the new tiles from the basement storage areas, to the installation areas. Contractor will be responsible to make all necessary field cuts to fit new tiles into the existing ceiling grid system.
