- THIS IS A SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY Adams and Associates, Inc., contracting for the U.S. Department of Labor for the operation of the Atterbury Job Corps Center - a 410 student residential training facility located at 1025 Hospital Road, Edinburgh, IN is currently soliciting written bids for a dish machine in the cafeteria. There will be a mandatory walk through held on Wednesday June 26, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. vendors must be present at walk through for bid to be accepted. All bids must be received by Wednesday, July 10, 2013 by 3:00 p.m. Quotes received after the deadline and/or without all requested documentation will not be considered. Vendor must include the Scope of Work Identification number on submitted bid. Submitted bid will show at minimum breakdown as follows: Cost for removal and disposal of old unit Cost for new machine and installation Printed name and Signature of authorized person submitting bid Bids, vendor questionnaire, W9, Authority to Commit and all licensures needed to do business may be faxed to 812-314-6290, Attn: Patty Gushwa, Purchasing Department; emailed to: gushwa.patty@jobcorps.org; or mailed to: Atterbury Job Corps Center Attn: Patty Gushwa 1026 A Hospital Road P O Box 187 Edinburgh, Indiana 46124 Bids must be valid for 90 days.
